Étape 1 — Brain dump de phrases (15–25 min)
Objectif : sortir tout ce qui compte, sans organiser.
Écris au moins 40 phrases (ou punchlines) qui te ressemblent.
- Certaines peuvent être dures, spirituelles, drôles, paradoxales, simples.
- Si tu bloques : pense à tes thèmes (temps, vérité, courage, discipline, amour, justice, etc.)

1) Temps, vie courte, priorité
Ce que je crois
Mon temps est mon capital réel. Si je ne sais pas exactement ce que je fais avec mon temps, je me fais absorber. Je veux vivre le présent, choisir mes priorités, et garder un rythme clair entre ce qui compte maintenant et ce qui comptera plus tard.

2) Vérité, humilité, lucidité
Ce que je crois
Je veux la vérité, même quand ça coûte. Je ne veux pas confondre connaissances et croyances. Et je sais que l’humain le plus facile à tromper, c’est moi-même.

3) Décision, exécution, systèmes
Ce que je crois
Le monde avance à la vitesse de ses décisions. Les systèmes sont un levier. J’aime l’exécution propre, mais je veux aussi la sécurité psychologique pour oser.

4) Discipline, corps, énergie, tentations
Ce que je crois
Mon corps est mon véhicule principal. La discipline me rend libre. Je veux choisir le long terme plutôt que la gratification instantanée, et rester propre dans mes tentations (sex, money, eating).

Je veux mourir à mes anciennes versions pour devenir ce que je suis censé être. La conscience de la mort me rend vivant. Et je navigue entre certitude et incertitude comme un entraînement.

L’amour le plus haut n’est pas seulement la compassion, c’est aussi la capacité à être heureux pour l’autre. Et si je veux de meilleures relations, je dois d’abord être clair avec moi-même.

Ce que je crois
Je ne veux pas être socialisé par la masse. Je choisis ma philosophie. Je prends la responsabilité de mon état, au lieu de la déléguer au système.

- Do not get socialized by society. Culture, Status Quo… Normality.

Le pouvoir n’est pas juste une posture : c’est une dynamique d’énergie, de temps, et de stratégie. Je veux la justice, mais sans naïveté. Je monte l’échelle avec l’authenticité (chaos) et la stratégie (order).

Mon état intérieur crée mon expérience. Présent = liberté. Passé/futur = attachement/souffrance. Je veux vivre intentionnellement.

Je veux devenir excellent dans plusieurs domaines et maître dans un domaine précis. Je préfère des livres de qualité lus lentement, et je veux apprendre guidé par moi-même tout en respectant les vrais maîtres.
